Deb joined the Stephens Heffner team in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in the insurance industry. Her background of 20 years in insurance as well as the knowledge she has developed on the financial side, allows her to better serve her clients from a holistic approach. Building relationships with her clients is important to Deb, as it allows her to develop a plan that is customized to each person, family, or business.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Deb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics. She also holds FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65, as well as life and health licenses.
Deb has strong ties with the community through various organizations. She is involved with Women in Financial Services, National Association of Women Owned Businesses, Ambassador of the Liberty Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as volunteers for the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge, KC Pet Project, and various other charities.
Raised in Iowa, Deb has been in Kansas City since 2004. She is a proud mother of two children, Peyton and Cameron.
Deb enjoys traveling, reading, playing, and watching sports. As well as spending time with friends and family.
